Where is my recovery phrase stored and can you reset it?
Self-custody: your recovery phrase never leaves your device. It is stored encrypted on your computer, and nobody at the company can see it or reset it for you, so write it down and keep it somewhere safe and offline.
What happens if I lose my device?
Install the extension on a new device and choose to import an existing wallet. Enter your recovery phrase and your accounts return with their balances, because your funds live on-chain rather than on the old device.
Does the extension charge fees?
Network fees apply on-chain; the extension adds no markup. You see the estimated network fee before you confirm every transaction, and you can adjust it when the network is busy.
Which browsers and networks are supported?

Can I use it alongside the mobile app?

How do I revoke a dapp’s permissions?
Open settings, choose connected sites, and select the dapp you want to remove. Disconnecting takes effect immediately, and you can review token approvals from the same screen at any time.
How do I get help if a transaction is stuck?
Open the activity tab and check the status first. Pending transactions can often be sped up or cancelled with a higher network fee. If it still does not clear, contact support from the help menu.
